HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF OIL BASED STAINS

HOME REMEDIES TO REMOVE CANDEL WAX STAIN PROCESS

Here are some home remedies that can be effective in removing candle wax stains from fabric:

  1. Ice: Place the stained fabric in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for a few hours. Once the wax is frozen, use a dull knife or credit card to gently scrape it off.

  2. Hot water: Place the stained fabric in a sink or basin and pour hot water over the stain. The hot water will melt the wax, which can then be wiped away with a clean cloth.

  3. Iron and paper towels: Place a few layers of paper towels over the stain and use a warm iron to melt the wax. The paper towels will absorb the wax as it melts.

  4. Vinegar: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water and use a clean cloth to dab the solution onto the stain. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before washing the fabric in the washing machine.

  5. Baking soda and dish soap: Mix equal parts baking soda and dish soap to create a paste. Apply the paste to the stain and allow it to sit for several hours before washing the fabric in the washing machine.

Remember to test any home remedy on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric first to ensure that it doesn't cause any damage.
